Mikron assembly systems offer the maximum of flexibility and productivity already by products with variants. The modularity of the Mikron assembly lines not only integrate assembly processes but also different operations like joining, welding, flanging, lubricating, bolting and screwing, milling, pressing, testing, quality-/ function checking, laser marking, … 
Size of the assembled products: ±1dm³ 

Range of products:
G05: the new generation of Mikron linear high-performance assembly systems, based on highly standardized modules. Machine speed: from 10 up to 100 cycles/min. Adaptability for new variants. PC controller. Up to 60% reusability.

Flexifactor: linear transfer concept with free pallet power based on a mechanical or NC cam driven operation cell named Flexcell. PC or PLC controller. Assembly speed of each Flexcell: up to 60 cycles/min. Typical output production volume: from 3 mio products/year

Syfast: robotic assembly system based on a new standard robot cell. Added to manual work cells and automated stations, the robot cell is capable of automatic feeding, assembly and inspection operations, as well as many other tasks, ensuring greater flexibility for the user. 

Polyfeed: revolutionary flexible feeding system, specially designed for the integration in the Syfast robot assembly system, based on workpiece recognition by vision processing.

All Mikron products are CE conform and conform with the production requirements of a class 10.000 clean room.

A proven Production Management system ensure a strict management of the costs, of the technical aspects and the delivery time.

Line qualification: Mikron supports its customers in the validation process by qualifying their assembly systems according to GAMP guidelines.

Production assistance: Mikron provides production assistance services to facilitate the implementation of our new systems into production. Mikron personnel accompany your operators and maintenance staff at your facility during the "ramp-up" production stage. Our personnel operate the system and further train your operators and maintenance staff to avoid downtime due to unfamiliarity with the system.
